Contingency Contract

We want you to know that we understand the financial burdens you have already endured.  We do not want to add to them.  Our first priority is to resolve quickly and without litigation. Our other goal is to get you a 100% refund of your purchase price and to have any attorney fees paid by the coin company, as allowed by law.

To assist you, we offer a contingency contract where our Clients will NOT be held responsible for any costs advanced or fees incurred when no recover is obtained on behalf of the client. Attorney’s fees are a percentage of the recovery and paid only when a recovery is obtained on behalf of the client.
